What you will do with us

  • In this role, you support with a broad range of administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Your work also includes handling personnel‑related administrative processes to ensure smooth operations within the department.
  • You verify and allocate invoices, maintain ongoing budget monitoring, and contribute to accruals for month‑end and year‑end closing.
  • Managing calendars becomes part of your daily routine, and you ensure that meeting documents are well prepared and followed up.
  • You prepare presentations and coordinate cross‑functional formats, including internal events
  • International (non-European) travel arrangements and trade fair logistics are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You support onboarding and offboarding processes and keep the organizational charts up to date.
  • General office management tasks, such as procuring necessary materials, fall within your scope as well.
  • When required, you step in as the deputy for the Assistant to the Senior Vice President to ensure continuity.

What you will bring with you

  • You bring completed vocational training in wholesale and foreign trade management or a comparable qualification.
  • First experience in a similar role—ideally in an international retail environment with store and e‑commerce operations—is beneficial.
  • You work confidently with MS Office, especially PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Your German and English skills are excellent, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills help you interact effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and franchise partners.
  • A structured, proactive, and reliable working style rounds off your profile.
