What you will do with us
- Enhance, harmonize, and oversee our management reporting processes, including reporting to top management, non-executive bodies, and shareholders.
- Provide high-quality group-level reporting and performance insights for decision-making.
- Drive improvements in reporting structures, data models, and controlling processes.
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT to ensure reporting consistency and transparency across the group.
- Contribute to transformation projects, including SAP migrations (e.g., SAP R/3 → SAP S/4HANA).
- Develop dashboards, analyses, and visualizations using Power BI, SAP, SAC, and Excel.
- Present results and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
What you will bring with you
- More than 5 years of experience in Group Controlling in large organizations or in capital market / private equity environments.
- Retail industry experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
- High affinity for technical solutions, especially Power BI, MS Excel, SAP ERP, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Ideally experience in SAP migration projects, such as SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
