What you will do with us
- Define, enforce and continuously evolve global R2R process standards and policies in line with the group's strategic objectives
- Develop and steer the R2R process roadmap, including cross-functional alignment with IT, adjacent GPOs (O2C, P2P) and External Reporting
- Take an active role in international transformation programs
- Define and monitor KPIs (e.g. time to close, error rates, reconciliation differences) and derive corrective actions
- Analyze financial data and economic trends to provide insights for strategic and operational decisions.
- Own daily R2R operations in the GBS – including GL, IC, FA and closing activities
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external audits as well as SOP and ICS-related R2R topics
What you will bring with you
- Several years of professional experience in R2R – GL, close, consolidation and reporting – including leadership experience in a GBS/SSC environment
- Deep E2E process knowledge in R2R and a solid understanding of interfaces to O2C and I2P
- Strong IFRS knowledge and proven experience in process harmonization, standardization and shared service setups
- Strong skills in modern ERP systems and close/automation tools Experience in international transformation and rollout projects
- Strong leadership, communication and change management skills in an international environment
- Persuasive power, pragmatic and strategic thinking, structured and self-driven way of working
