Das bewegst du bei uns

 

End-to-end ownership (of the Hire-2-Retire sub-process (Level 2) “Manage Personnel Support & Administration” ensuring efficient, compliant and employee-centric HR support services, including administration, employee data, and case management, enabled through SAP SuccessFactors. 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities 

  • Own and optimize H2R processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the HR Service Centre. 
  • Lead or support HR transformation projects, system implementations, process migrations, and global process harmonization. 
  • Design and develop H2R sub-process governance, including standards, controls, documentation, and change management.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, simplification, and digital transformation.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new H2R process designs, tools, and transformation opportunities through targeted education and knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage expectations, address adoption challenges, and drive organizational readiness for new H2R processes and solutions. 
  • Analyze process performance, KPIs, service levels, risks, and root causes to recommend improvements.

  • Professional knowledge in HR processes and policies.
  • Proven experience leading process improvement, standardization, or transformation initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders on complex HR matters.
  • Deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and tools.
  •  Process management experience, ideally in HR transformation, system implementation, or shared service environments.
