What you will do with us
- You will define the strategic role and long‑term ambition of your category, supported by a clear multi‑year roadmap.
- By shaping the overall category architecture, you ensure a consistent assortment logic, price structure, and navigation across channels.
- In this role, you create scalable category blueprints and execution standards that enable efficient rollout across multiple countries.
- You help markets succeed by providing structured frameworks, guidance, and implementation support that drive adoption and consistency.
- Through regular reviews of key commercial indicators, you assess performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- You act as a senior category expert, working closely with Procurement, (Exclusive) Brand, Customer, Supply Chain, and country teams to secure strong cross-functional alignment.
- You strengthen category performance by ensuring a balanced product mix, improving SKU productivity, and creating opportunities for cross‑sell and trade‑up.
- You drive continuous improvement by testing new approaches, evaluating impact, and scaling proven concepts quickly and effectively.
What you will bring with you
- You hold a university degree in Business Economics or a related discipline.
- With extensive experience in category management, category development, or commercial strategy across multi‑country retail environments, you bring deep functional expertise.
- You combine strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to turn insights into scalable commercial models and actionable category frameworks.
- Having worked across markets before, you know how to drive structured implementation, build alignment, and secure adoption
- You excel in stakeholder management and can influence cross‑functional partners at different levels of the organization.
- You communicate fluently in English; additional European languages are a plus.
