Das bewegst du bei uns
- Overall responsibility for HR Services Operations, overseeing payroll, administration, and workplace excellence to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Leads and develops HR operations teams, ensuring high performance, engagement, and continuous capability building.
- Responsibility for delivering the service portfolio to participating partner companies in accordance with our internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and implements improvements based on data insights.
- Expansion of our services at an international level in alignment with our HR Roadmap.
- Continuous development of our target operating model.
- Responsibility for ongoing process optimization, aiming to improve customer experience, increase quality, and maintain a competitive cost level.

- In-depth knowledge of HR systems, processes, and programs.
- Ability to analyze and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
