What you will do with us
- You will be responsible for defining and executing the category strategy for your assigned product areas, ensuring alignment with our broader product and commercial goals.
- By managing the portfolio and building an innovation roadmap, you will drive product lifecycle decisions that fuel growth and strengthen differentiation.
- Taking full accountability for category performance, you will monitor sales, margin, market share, and stock levels, and turn insights into clear, data-based actions.
- In this role, you will lead and develop a team of several category professionals, providing direction, setting priorities, and supporting capability building.
- Working closely with Global Procurement, Exclusive Brands, Customer, Supply Chain, and international markets, you will ensure seamless category execution from end to end.
- You will also oversee relevant budgets and manage external partners, making sure all activities are commercially sound and contribute to agreed business objectives.
What you will bring with you
- You hold a university degree in Business Economics or a comparable field.
- With several years of experience in category management or other commercial roles in retail or FMCG, you understand how to manage and grow product categories end to end.
- Having successfully developed and executed category strategies before, you can demonstrate measurable commercial impact.
- Strong analytical abilities enable you to turn complex data into clear strategic and operational decisions.
- Through your leadership experience, you know how to guide teams, set priorities, and support individual development.
- Thanks to your strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you navigate an international matrix environment confidently and effectively.
