What you will do with us
- You are responsible for group and management reporting, including the preparation and execution of management consolidation and segment reporting
- Monthly reporting and closing-related activities are coordinated and driven by you, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all entities
- Through in-depth analyses of financial data and business performance, you identify posting issues and derive meaningful recommendations for action
- You prepare weekly and monthly reporting packages and provide valuable support for management presentations
- The standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of reports, KPIs, and reporting processes are actively driven by you
- As part of finance transformation initiatives, you contribute to the enhancement of reporting tools, systems, and overall data quality
- Ad-hoc analyses and project-related tasks round off your area of responsibility and give you the opportunity to support key business initiatives across the organization
What you will bring with you
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Group Controlling, Corporate Controlling, Group Reporting or a similar finance environment
- Strong hands-on experience in consolidation and group reporting is essential
- An analytical mindset combined with a structured, detail-oriented and solution-oriented way of working
- High affinity for data, reporting processes and financial systems
- Experience with SAP FI/CO, SAP BPC, reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is considered an advantage
- Confident communication skills and the ability to present complex financial topics in a clear and concise manner
- Fluent English skills and business fluent German is required
- Experience in a corporate environment or group structure is considered a strong advantage
