What you will do with us
- As the Global Process Owner “Proposition Development and Communication” and part of the Global Process Office Team, you are responsible for the global end‑to‑end process governance of one of our core processes
- You define clear standards, methods, and guidelines to ensure that the development of customer‑centric solutions is efficient, scalable, and data‑driven across the entire organisation
- Identify optimisation potential in current ways of working and ensure that these are systematically addressed and translated into sustainable improvements
- With clear KPIs and process metrics, you steer performance and derive impactful measures for continuous improvement together with the business functions
- Actively drive global transformation and harmonisation initiatives and create transparency regarding progress and process performance
- Act as a sparring partner for management and are the central point of contact for all process‑related questions along the development and communication of new solutions
What you will bring with you
- Solid experience in process ownership or process optimisation at a global level — ideally in a retail, omnichannel, or FMCG environment
- A deep understanding of developing, positioning, and communicating customer‑relevant solutions, as well as of cross‑functional value chainsProven ability to structure complex end‑to‑end
- processes, harmonise them globally, and further develop them in a data‑driven manner
- Confident stakeholder management to effectively coordinate different functions, markets, and management levels and align them with common standards
- Strong analytical skills combined with change‑management capabilities to drive improvement initiatives and successfully guide teams through transformations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German to convey complex matters clearly and appropriately for the target audience
