What you will do with us
- As the CEO’s strategic advisor and trusted sparring partner, you provide data-driven insights and executive-level recommendations to support high-impact decision-making
- Act as the central liaison between the CEO, board members, and key stakeholders across our global organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Lead the coordination and execution of management committees, including the development of governance frameworks and quality assurance processes for all submissions
- Own the tracking of strategic initiatives, decisions, and action items to ensure timely execution and alignment with business goals
- Partner with the executive leadership team to drive strategic priorities, enhance operational efficiency, and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Contribute to company-wide transformation by supporting high-impact projects and change initiatives within our Transformation Office
What you will bring with you
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Management, or a comparable field of study
- You bring relevant professional experience in project management and/or business development, ideally gained in consulting or the retail industry
- Experience with private equity investments is a strong plus
- You navigate complex corporate environments with confidence and understand political dynamics within large organizations
- Your superpower: You think strategically, work in a structured and results-oriented way, and thrive on driving initiatives and shaping change
- You are fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
