What you will do with us

  • Regularly consult with users of HQ and Stores
  • Manage local IT tasks, including onboarding, user entry, changes, and procurement
  • Ensure the quality and improvement of IT installations and processes
  • IT Service Management for Store Expansion & Change
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT systems and services
  • Incident- and Service Request Management - Monitoring, Support & Coordination
  • Conduct SLA & KPI Reporting, user satisfaction surveys and service reviews
  • Problem Management
  • Assist in budget planning for IT services

What you will bring with you

  • Apprenticeship or higher education in IT (preferred)
  • Experience in IT project and service management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and SAP
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel (occasionally)
  • Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and responsibility
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
