What you will do with us
- Regularly consult with users of HQ and Stores
- Manage local IT tasks, including onboarding, user entry, changes, and procurement
- Ensure the quality and improvement of IT installations and processes
- IT Service Management for Store Expansion & Change
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for IT systems and services
- Incident- and Service Request Management - Monitoring, Support & Coordination
- Conduct SLA & KPI Reporting, user satisfaction surveys and service reviews
- Problem Management
- Assist in budget planning for IT services
What you will bring with you
- Apprenticeship or higher education in IT (preferred)
- Experience in IT project and service management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and SAP
- Fluent in English
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel (occasionally)
- Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and responsibility
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
