Stock Management Accountant - French Speaking

What you will do with us

Fressnapf’s Stock Management Team is responsible to secure an accurate picture about the Stock level and its value across all of our stores and warehouses in 13 countries.
The mission is that our Customers could enter any of our stores and find the required goods for their pets any time.

• Looking for stock discrepancies ( Good Receipt/ Invoice Receipt differences) using standard SAP report
• Finding out the reason for the discrepancies through talking to Fressnapf Stores, Central Warehouses, Accounts Payable Team and Suppliers. The reasons could be colorful and interesting starting from actual under/ overshipment of the goods to system setting problems caused by Vendor Master Data mismatch.
• Based on the result of the investigation manage to clear the discrepancy with raising claims together with the stores, issuing debit notes to the suppliers, and having the Goods receipt corrected in SAP by the receiver
• Maintaining Repurchase Price Database: Cost of Goods Sold ( COGS )
• Act as a Single Point of Contact for our Suppliers when it comes to questions related to return, damaged shipments
• Working together with our Finance Excellence Team on monthly closing
   

What you will bring with you

• Active business English and French language knowledge
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable/ Planning/ Logistics/ Finance roles provides a solid base to the success
• The role requires both analytical skills, curiosity, understanding the business in depth and at the very same time great relationship building and communication skills
• confident skills in Excel
• SAP experience is a great advantage
