What you will do with us
The purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate, compliant, and efficient execution of indirect procurement operations by managing Purchase Orders and safeguarding master data integrity. The position serves as the primary operational contact for assigned regions or departments, supports global standardization of procurement processes, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, system support, training, and performance monitoring.
- Executing and monitoring indirect procurement activities in line with defined processes and compliance requirements.
- Supporting operational stakeholders for procurement-related topics within assigned areas of responsibility.
- Maintaining and validating procurement-related master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Supporting the implementation and stabilization of standardized procurement processes and ways of working.
- Contributing to process documentation, knowledge sharing, and training activities.
- Monitoring operational performance through basic reporting and supporting improvement initiatives.
What you will bring with you
- Experience in procurement operations, shared services, or a comparable administrative or operational function.
- Understanding of standardized processes, data quality principles, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work with enterprise systems and structured data in an operational environment.
- Strong coordination and communication skills when working with internal stakeholders.
- Structured, detail-oriented working style with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
