What you will do with us
- You will be responsible for the SAP SuccessFactors modules Performance & Goals, Succession & Development
- You will ensure that operations run smoothly and continuously develop the modules with a focus on user-friendliness, efficiency, and future viability.
- You will analyze requirements from the specialist department, evaluate them, and develop suitable solution concepts.
- In addition, you will be responsible for implementing solutions, including documentation, testing, and quality assurance.
- As a project manager, you will take on (sub)projects related to SuccessFactors and work closely with HR, IT, and external partners.
- Last but not least, you will coordinate service providers and ensure high-quality implementation and smooth support.
What you will bring with you
- A successfully completed degree in (business) information technology, economics, HR management, or a comparable qualification.
- 4-5 years of experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in the Performance & Goals module, but also in Succession & Development and/or Employee Central
- In-depth knowledge of cloud-based HR processes and their application in a corporate context
- A structured and solution-oriented approach to work and initial experience in project management
- Confident communication in English, both verbal and written (German language knowledge is nice to have)
