Reporting Analyst

What you will do with us

We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our team, contributing valuable expertise in data analysis and reporting solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in data migration initiatives and collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver actionable insights that drive business success.

• Participate in data migration projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and data integrity.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive reports to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights and reporting solutions.
• Streamline and optimize reporting processes through automation and standardization, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Business Intelligence and data visualization technologies, recommending innovative approaches to enhance reporting capabilities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on data visualization tools such as PowerBI, driving adoption and best practices within the organization.
• Conduct thorough data analysis and interpretation, presenting findings to executive leadership and key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests, demonstrating agility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.

What you will bring with you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing reporting solutions.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills in data manipulation, analysis, and querying.
• Strong familiarity with PowerBI, including experience in dashboard development and customization.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy, integrity, and quality assurance.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English is required; (German language knowledge is a plus).
• Experience with Power Automate is a plus!
