Payroll and Personnel Admin Expert

What you will do with us

• Ensure timelines and accurate processing of payroll
• Handle questions from employees regarding payroll
• Work closely with the 3rd party payroll provider (inputting of all employee payroll data and review calculations)
• Prepare all regulatory documents related to personnel management (employment contracts, job descriptions, amendments, etc.)
• Maintain the personnel administrative files (ensuring accuracy of all records)
• Keep the HR team up to date with any legislation changes
• Ensure compliance with the labour code and the company's internal regulations
• Ensure the application of GDPR rules

What you will bring with you

• 2-4 years of experience in payroll in a diverse, complex global environment
• Fluency in English both in written and verbal communication
• Experience in managing third-party payroll services provider
• Experience in processing of payroll data, maintain personnel files
• Knowledge and experience with time and attendance programs
• Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
• Professional payroll certification is an advantage
• Experience working with Nexon, SuccessFactors or OLM is an advantage
