P2P Project Manager

What you will do with us

• Lead end-to-end projects across the Procure-to-Pay area, initially focusing on Accounts Payable, from planning through implementation. 

• Define project objectives, scope, milestones, timelines, resource requirements, budgets, and quality standards. 

• Analyse existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for optimisation and automation. 

• Develop and execute detailed project plans, coordinate project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress. 

• Track project performance and deliverables, taking corrective action and escalating issues when necessary. 

• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies, developing effective mitigation plans. 

• Coordinate change requests with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet business needs and improve operational workflows. 

• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of process improvements and automation initiatives. 

• Prepare and facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process-change communications. 

• Provide clear project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management. 

• Create and maintain high-quality process documentation, workflows, and project materials. 

• Apply recognised project management methodologies and tools to ensure structured and effective delivery. 

• Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project-management processes, tools, templates, and ways of working. 

What you will bring with you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field; PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications highly regarded. 

• Solid experience in project management with a proven track record in process automation and operational improvement initiatives. 

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to spot opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains. 

• An understanding of the procure-to-pay cycle and experience in identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements within accounts payable 

• Strong competence in Excel for complex data analysis, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to analyze accounts payable data 

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the capability to manage complex projects and drive them to successful completion. 

• Effective communicator with the ability to articulate project goals and updates to a diverse audience.
