• Develop and implement the annual media plan for the Hungarian and Romanian markets in alignment with the marketing strategy
• Plan and brief online and offline campaigns while working closely with media agencies
• Monitor and analyze key media performance indicators (ROI, ROAS, conversion rates) and optimize the strategy based on results
• Support the growth of the e-commerce business and actively contribute to the development of the annual PPC strategy
• Propose the annual media budget and continuously track the spendings
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure effective implementation of campaigns
• Continuously monitor the market, competitors, and trends
• Establish new partnerships that enhance brand awareness in alignment with corporate objectives.

• You have a higher education degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communication, media)
• You are fluent in English
• You have 3-5 years of experience in media or marketing
• You are confident in managing both online (e.g., PPC, social media) and offline campaigns
• You enjoy working in a team but are equally comfortable managing projects independently
• You have an analytical mindset (e.g., creating reports and analyses from key performance metrics).
• You are familiar with tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Excel, and PowerPoint.
