What you will do with us

 

•  Execute user account lifecycle tasks (create, modify, deactivate) under established IAM guidelines.
•  Assign and revoke access roles and privileges in alignment with approval workflows.
•  Provide first-level support to users regarding access-related issues.
•  Maintain accurate records and documentation of user management activities.
•  Assist in monitoring and reporting on compliance with IAM policies.
•  Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to automation projects.
•  Collaborate with senior team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
•  Continuously build knowledge of IAM concepts, tools, and platforms.

What you will bring with you

 

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or access management (internships or junior IT roles considered).
• Basic understanding of user authentication and authorization principles.
• Willingness to learn IAM tools (e.g., Azure Entra ID, SAP, Okta, SailPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team-oriented, with eagerness to grow into more advanced IAM responsibilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
