To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant - 2 years contract with a potential undetermined period after

Mit fogsz csinálni

  • Provide comprehensive administrative, communication and organizational support to the Country Manager and the Management Team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and manage documentation, specially for the Country Manager, the Management Team and colleagues from abroad
  • Support employer branding and internal communications
  • Take meeting notes and prepare minutes to provide accurate documentation of discussions and decisions
  • Support the leadership team (tracking tasks, prepare reports and presentations)
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects, events, teambuildings, ensuring all details are carefully managed
  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Managing calendar and scheduling meetings, including booking the relevant meeting rooms and digital boards
  • Supporting the fleet management
  • Supporting the training activities of the store employees with database management, communication, being partly assistant to our Veterinarian
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Ami nekünk fontos

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communications or HR field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant, coordinator, project manager, event planner, in communications, or similar fields
  • Expertise in building organizational culture, employer branding, and internal communications is an advantage
  • Extremely strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
