• Recruiting, training, and disciplining store staff
• Ensuring operational efficiency in each store
• Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store
• Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections
• Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed
• Ensuring that all stores meet safety and cleanliness standards
• Making recommendations to senior management
• Managing and implementing new store openings

   

  This position requires daily travel in Southwestern part of the country. 

  You will be responsible for operating 13-15 stores, which you will need to visit on a tour basis at least once every two weeks.

• Driver licence (Category B)
• 2+ years in retail management
• Degree in business management or related field
• Leadership and decision-making ability
• Fluency in English both in written and verbal communication
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, communication and cooperation skills
• Proactive personality, high degree of openness to innovation
• Experience with SAP and German knowledge is an advantage
