Fressnapf is on the hunt for a social-savvy, email-loving, multi-tasking magician to take charge of our brand presence in Hungary and Romania. If you know your reels from your reach, and CTR doesn’t make you go “huh?”, keep reading.

What you will do with us

  • Social Media Superpowers

    • Plan and execute our social media strategy for HU & RO
    • Own our content across Facebook, Instagram & TikTok like it’s your personal aesthetic
    • Team up with our agency sidekicks to plan scroll-stopping content – synced with all our big marketing moves (TV, flyer, BB, store openings, etc)
    • Decode social media analytics like a pro – what worked, what flopped, and how to make it better
    • Spy on competitors (nicely) and stay ahead of trends
    • Manage influencer collabs – from concept to “OMG, that’s viral!”
    • Show up to weekly status calls with the agency like the marketing hero you are
    • Collaborate closely with our sales, category management, and international CX squad

  • Email Campaign Wizardry

    • Cook up monthly email campaigns that don’t get deleted – think smart, stylish, scrollable
    • Work your magic on promo EDMs (TV // Flyer // BB) + juicy newsletters (local, international, thematic)
    • Use data to learn, improve, and make every send smarter than the last
    • Help us grow our mailing list with creative lead generation ideas
    • Sync with our agency team & keep the vibe strong across the board

  • Website Wonderland

    • Plan monthly banners and homepage content like a digital storefront stylist
    • Work closely with our e-comm manager to set priorities and make things pop
    • Pitch new content ideas to bring visitors back again and again

  • Creative Chaos Coordinator

    • Ensure all campaign visuals on owned channels are on point – for both HU & RO

What you will bring with you

  • 3+ years in social media and/or email marketing
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English
  • Proficiency in Romanian
  • Natural storyteller and planner with a sharp eye for detail
  • Fluent in metrics, memes, and marketing lingo
  • Comfortable juggling agencies, departments, deadlines – with style

It’s a plus:

  • if you have previously managed social media accounts on your own
  • if you have CRM and Mailchimp experience
