What you will do with us
- Execution of payment runs (deposits and withdrawals) in the existing standard according to plan
- Processing of incoming tickets from our international customer service providers
- Control and participation in testing of changes to existing processes
- Monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments with corresponding documentation
- Regular execution of jobs according to plan for the processing of payments via various payment service providers
- Reconciliation of payment settlement accounts and documentation
- Control activities based on SAP standards and according to ICS(internal control) requirements
- Maintain customer master data based on ad-hoc request
- Continuous opportunity for process improvement & automation
What you will bring with you
- University degree in business administration or related studies
- Knowledge of accounting products as a service beneficial
- Familiarity with all major office applications
- Experience in SAP FI is beneficial
- Analytical skills, high degree of personal responsibility and self-reliance, good communication skills and assertiveness
- High service orientation, customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Very good communication skills and team player with a good sense for different cultures
- Excellent English skills in speaking and writing (C1/2), German language skills are beneficia
