What you will do with us

  • Lead and further develop an Accounts Payable Team with around 12 employees 
  • Monitoring and continuous optimization of accounts payable, VIM and stock Managements processes 
  • Coordinate stock discrepancies (Good Receipt/Invoice Receipt differences) using standard SAP reports 
  • Owns the Accounts Payable/ VIM and stock Management part of the preparation of the monthly closing activity and preparation of financial statements 
  • Coordinate process and clarify special issues 
  • Monitor KPIs, hold one-to-ones 
  • Steer the team's development 
  • Coordination and management of the team 
  • Stakeholder management 

What you will bring with you

  • Previous experience from Accounts payable/PTP field, and strong people management experience 
  • Fluency in English AND German 
  • University degree 
  • SAP FI experience is an advantage 
  • Strong performance orientation 
  • Strong leadership skills 
  • Solution-based attitude 
  • Somebody who is not afraid to take on operational tasks when necessary 
  • People focused
